Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and shipping address. Rates will be shown during the checkout process on the Shipping Method screen, prior to payment. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. All orders received after 2 PM GMT will begin processing the next business day.

RETURNS

In accordance with consumer protection legislation, you may exercise your right to return purchased products without incurring any penalty and without the need to provide any reason, by informing Skin Novels within 30 days from the date on which you received them from Skin Novels. Return items must be shipped back to Skin Novels within 30 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision using the following email address orders@skin-novels.com

According to this, if you aren’t happy with your order or if you changed your mind about it, you can return it and get refund after we’ll receive it.

You can return your order, or part of it, using the same shipping package you’ve received it in, at S.C. Smartsoap Cosmetic S.R.l., Republicii street, 31 no., 410032 Oradea, Romania.

We regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened, or used, for hygiene reasons. Goods must be returned to us in saleable condition within 30 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
